Private Gathering Policy

Following discussions and decisions made at the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM), we are updating our garden gathering policies to ensure Bramham Gardens remains a peaceful and enjoyable space for all.

Reasons for the Update:
Resident Feedback: Concerns have been raised about noise levels and disruptions caused by some private gatherings, particularly during weekends.
Overcrowding: Instances where gatherings exceeded the permitted number of attendees have led to overcrowding and strain on garden resources.
Maintenance Issues: Some events have resulted in littering and damage, increasing maintenance efforts and costs.

Please read the new guidelines below.
Unauthorised gatherings may revoke garden access privileges.

New Guidelines

Timing:
Private gatherings are permitted between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. and must not exceed four hours in duration.

Unauthorised gatherings or breaches of these guidelines may result in the loss of your deposit and the revocation of garden access privileges.

Community Events

Events organised for the benefit of all residents, such as movie nights or community celebrations, are considered community events and are subject to separate guidelines. These events will continue to be supported, provided they adhere to community guidelines and receive appropriate approvals.

Please note that commercial events—those intended for profit or business promotion—are prohibited in Bramham Gardens under any circumstances.
